Delivery Responsibility: We strive to ensure the timely and secure delivery of all orders. However, we kindly request that customers thoroughly inspect their orders upon delivery. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues with the order. This includes but is not limited to damages, missing items, or quality concerns.

Refunds and Replacement for Lost Orders: MYEDIBLES™ does not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed and processed. However, in the event that an order is not delivered within 15 working days due to circumstances such as loss during transit, MYEDIBLES™ will provide a free replacement for the order. If you encounter such an issue, please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide the necessary details for further assistance.
Please note that this replacement policy only applies to situations where an order has been confirmed as lost in transit and has not been successfully delivered within the specified timeframe.
Our Rights: MYEDIBLES™ reserves the right to update these terms at any time, except for our privacy promise.
Your User Account: To use most aspects of the MYEDIBLES™ website, it is not necessary to create an account. However, if you choose to create an account, you do not need to provide personal data. MYEDIBLES™ ensures that none of the entered shipping or sensitive data will be stored or disclosed to third parties. All data will be encrypted and stored in a secure environment. Charges, Refunds & Billing: You understand and acknowledge that you may incur fees or charges from MYEDIBLES™ (“charges”). All charges will be identified in your cart prior to or during checkout and in your receipt. Such charges may include some combination of the following:
a. Item Price: The “Item Price” of goods and accessories is displayed with that item on the MYEDIBLES™ website. The displayed Item Price may include discounts, promotions, and price reductions at the sole discretion of MYEDIBLES™. At checkout, the combined Item Price of goods and accessories is the subtotal of an order as shown in your cart.
b. Delivery Fee: The price the customer pays for packaging and dispatch of the items. In some circumstances, the delivery fee might be waived if the minimum order amount is met.
